How to vary on DSP01 when system is in Restricted state.
The system is in restricted state and the operator who was trying to login into console DSP01 had disabled the DSP01 display device by giving incorrect password…how to login into the system? How can we vary on the DSP01? Significantly, these systems are connected to HMC. Is there an option to recover this from HMC?

Difference between EXTPGM and EXTPROC
Could someone please let me know what is the difference between EXTPGM and EXTPROC? In which scenario EXTPGM is used and in which scenario EXTPROC is used? What are the limitations of EXTPGM over EXTPROC? If possible could you please let me know the difference with a sample program as an example. Thanks in advance
