A window comes up that says Resident Shield Alert c:\windows\system32\phc5j4j0ee5l.bmp,it also says threat name is “trojan horse Generic_c.0YJ. I’ve tried doing a system restore, but that didn’t work and beyond that I don’t know what to do! Please, someone give me something:) Thank you
