I’ve got problem on one workstation with installed Hyperion version 9.2.1.0.0.002 Add-in for Excel.

When we run Refresh of sheet full of HsGetValue formulas we can’t get data. It shows #NAZEV? instead numbers and popups Error window ‘Hyperion Smartview for Office’ with message “Error in grid xml: each dimension must be used once and only once”.

What is strange the same excell file works fine on the others computers, even under the same user connection.

Could anybody knows what could be wrong on this computer and what to do to fix it? I tried to reinstall Smartview, even Excel but with no (positive) efect :( .

When I pull out the category, “Family”, I want to either reflect the first data only or just one of them or to reflect them all in four rows.

What control should I use and how do I construct the link?

Currently, what I can only do is link it one to one.  Meaning, whatever category I have can only be linked to one data and I can link it to current row, meaning my category has to have a different name before it goes to another row of data.

e.g.

Family 1 – Father

Family 2 – Mother

Family 3 = Brother

             [strong]What I need is:[/strong]

Family – Father

Family – Mother

Family – Brother

When I click on family, I want to be able to reflect all the data

However, one of the tags in XML may contain both Traditional Chinese and Simplified Chinese characters.
The field in the physical file has already defined as DBCS (Open-type).
Now, my problem is I could only select ONE CCSID every time when I convert the byte stream back into string (for EBCDIC) in JAVA (please correct me if my understanding is wrong), for example, I am now using valueString.getBytes(“CP937″). However, it seems that “CP937″ does not support Simplified Chinese and if I change it to “CP935″, the results is Traditional Chinese cannot be supported this time.

Could anyone advise how can I support both Traditional Chinese and Simplified Chinese? Thanks so much!
