I have installed the XML Toolkit for iSeries and it says, from the website, ‘to simplify the Web Service invocation, IBM offers another tookit along with teh ML toolkit that allows you to easily invoke Web services without mastering the SOAP protocol. The IBM Web Services Client for C++ provides tools to generate Web service client stubs, and it provides libraries containing programs to manage SOAP messages to send them over HTTP.’

Where is this Web Seervices Client for C++ toolkit and how do I install it?

I have looked at IBM’s XML Toolkit for iSeries, but the examples are all about parsing XML input and nothing about creating XML from native AS/400 database files. Is there something in the Toolkit that will do this? Does anyone have any experience with DB2 to XML? Thanks.
