We have a Xerox Phaser4500 printer config as a 3812. Recently our third party software ACOM creates a merged CHECK spoolfile (its an *userascii) type from mapping and sends it to our outq. The spoolfile will show “WTR” and nothing prints. The printer then has to be turn off and on again. And then it will print, or we cancel the writers and start it again. This has been working fine up to now. Sometimes it works correctly and sometimes not. We’ve been on V5R4 since May. Joblog shows ending rror 50-Job ended while still active. Any ideas.
