disp+work.exe dispatcher isn’t getting started
Hi, I am using IDES 4.7 on Win 2003. I reinstalled Win 2003 in C drive and after that the disp+work.exe dispatcher isn’t getting started. If I try to log in, it gives error — partner not reached (host sapsrv, service sapdp00) WSAECONNREFUSED: Connection refused. Thanks,

Connection refused (Error 10061)
When I open SAP, an error is displayed on the screen and says comment connection refused.
