I am having a problem with displaying rtf documents in a data window. We have an app that pulls in a rtf document created in word 6.0 and displays it in a datawindow. That works fine. We are attempting to convert to a later version of windows, and when we import the rtf using either windows 2000 or 2007 we lose some of the formatting. For example the font is changed from arial to times new roman, even though the document looks fine in word 2000 or wordpad.

I have a user remoting in via thin client to a windows 2003 server terminal server. She called stating that all her fonts in MS Word were gone. I remoted in to find that Word’s font drop down listed only 3 “Device Font” fonts. I went to the fonts folder and all fonts were there. I got out of her session and back to the admin session. Went to Word and all fonts were there fine. Corrupt profile? I logged her out, renamed her profile folder, created a new one, had her log back in. All fonts were fine. She calls back 5 minutes later and they were gone again. Any ideas??
