User keeps losing fonts
I have a user remoting in via thin client to a windows 2003 server terminal server. She called stating that all her fonts in MS Word were gone. I remoted in to find that Word’s font drop down listed only 3 “Device Font” fonts. I went to the fonts folder and all fonts were there. [...]
