  • Chaning subnet scope in DHCP for wireless connections

    Hi, How can I make that users on the wireless network gets a different subnet scope 10.0.3.x/24 while people who have wired connections gets 10.0.1.x/24 addresses currently all clients and routers are on the same switch and has same gateway and all of them in the same subnet scope 10.0.1.1-255/24

    Is using wireless as the connection method for our active directory server a bad idea? The server is across the hall from the server room and we do not want to run cables. Bandwith is not an issue and the signal strength is good. Is there a reason to not do this?

    I travel in my business and often use public WiFi's (hotels, airport etc.). My wifi works fine until one day (different for each location) it stops working.
