Reference AS/400 NetServer by name

I have an AS/400 at V5R2M0. I can ping the AS/400 by its NetServer name, but I cannot ping any PC in the network their by name. CXan this be done. What changes do I need to make. My goal is to refer to PC's in the network by name without having to add an entry to the AS/400 host name table.

Can you rename the WINDOWS folder
