How can I image my Windows server 2003 so I can use it in a Virtual Machine on a Windows XP workstation? Asked via email.

We have about 3-400 mobile laptop users that never work on the compagny network. OS is windows xp. Is there any way to control these computers settings and contents in a way that mimics AD GPO functionality. Thinking host/client-agent solution or something
