  • How to print file without opening on Windows XP desktop

We created a new profile (Windows XP sp3) on a desktop and the EndUser is no longer able to right click on a file and send it directly to print without opening it. The print option is not listed. Any suggestions on how I can fix this? Thank you, Mich
