I want to block particular site for eg.
https:://thornfruit.com,

https://kproxy.com

etc

How can i block these sites in WinXP using regedit or Group Policy? Also, how can I monitor the size of files a user has downloaded on a particular computer in a day or week? Please help, thanks.
