Remote connect to Vista Ultimate
I have a client with Windows Vista Ultimate and need to connect to their machine. They say they have a firewall and do not know where it is located. How can I share the users screen to help them fix an issue? Free is preferable.

How can I disable Java security warning?
I’ve installed the most recent version and in now several work apps, I get frequent security warning windows that the app requires an earlier version. Is there any way of disabling that or do I have to disable the most recent version? On Vista, BTW.

Still get new updates available alert for downloaded Vista updates
Im running windows vista enterprise and windows update keeps telling me there are new updates available, even though I have downloaded them numerous times. Is there any way to fix this without turning off automatic update check?
