What is the standard way at deploying Windows updates to Windows 7 clients now?

How can I automate my windows updates for my network. I also do not want to store them locally but have the client machines download the files on their own from the windows update website.

Could you please share your opinions on using WSUS to deploy patches and updates on windows networks ? Would you recommend its use on a network of about 75 computers ? What other update/patch management solutions are you using ? Thanks, Carlos DL
