Yesterday in my Organization, i come across with the New Scenario. When one particular user logs on to the computer the error message displayed as “the current time on the computer is different from Network”. He is an Normal user with no administrator rights. When i logged in with my account, it is logged in. I have asked the user to try into several machines, and he is getting the same message wherever he logs in. I have checked Win32 Time Service on his logon Server, but the time Sync is fair. I have also checked into the machines in which the users logged in, the Time Zone and Time setting are properly set.

So it made me to think, the problem is with his Windows Login account. But i did not find anything restricted on his account. In the the user account properties, i noticed ‘Do not required Kerberos Pre-Authentication’ checked is selected.

On removing this, the user was able to logon without issues. But this option we are using as part of VPN configuration. We are using CISCO VPN and as per our policy, this option should be selected in order to logon via VPN. I am not sure what is the problem here. The issue was not coming before… and from yesterday i received the kind of issue from 2 or 3 users. Any help please.
