Problem after installing SP1 on Win 2003 SBS

Filename too long
One of my users downloaded some PDF’s to bid a project from a customer’s web site. When the file downloaded it ended up in a directory structure so deep on the server that the filename is too long for Windows to access the file. How do I delete the file?
