Using the WBADMIN command to use a Authoritive restore and using the DSRM by using F8 when booting.

Im trying to figure out how to restore a back up and havent got very far so far. I assume you use the

Wbadmin start systemstaterecovery get get items -version identifier 10/09/2010-08:10 recoverytarget:C:

But cant quite get the command right as just trying out in a test situation.

Can anyone give some extra info please.

When backing up the system state of a Windows Server 2008, what files am I backing up? Are all the registry hives present? Is there a way to back up this data manually or can I only do it using NTBackup?

I noticed that in windows server 2008 new backup utility it only says you can backup entire volumes. Is there a work around to be able to backup specific files or folders?
