Memory tracing on Windows server 2003

How do we set up memory traces on a Win 2003 server? I want for it to monitor the system over a period of a month and give us a baseline on memory usage, maximums and more so when I upgrade the machine in a few weeks I have data that says there was a reason for it.

Distributed transaction error after upgrading to windows server 2003 SP2

Hi,

After upgrading a win 2003 server from SP1 to SP2 we’re receiving a “[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server driver]Distributed transaction error”. When we roll it back to SP1 everything works fine again.

As far as I can see the MSDTC looks enabled, but are there any settings that are different between SP1 and SP2? What else could be the cause?

Windows 2003 Server Reboot Schedule

I know in the past it was strongly recommended to reboot Windows
Server.
However, with Windows 2003, is it still recommended?
And if so, how often is it recommended?
