I want to grant Read, Write, Modify access to my folders on Windows Server 2003 but i dont want to give Delete access to users, Is there any way i can do this, When i give modify access to users it also gives delete access to users which i dont want, Please help!!

I am copying user files from a windows server 2003 DC to a Windows Server 2008 DC.When using robocopy it messes up the permissions when it copies the folders. The user rights are correct but the name is wrong. Any odeas?
