• Failed to connect to a windows service

Windows 2008 server standard sp1 fails to connect to the user profile service. This makes access to the server via UNC impossible! I get by each day by rebooting this server. By the way this access issue happens everyday at 1:00pm until I reboot this server. Anyone experienced this before?
