Whatever one you like. Use AVGfree. Is the antivirus just for this server, or do you want an enterprise antivirus s/w so you can deploy to workstations and manage centrally?

VMware converter is probably the easiest route if you are planning on using VMware. http://www.vmware.com/products/converter/ If not. use your favorite full system backup program to make a backup of your entire server. Then create a virtual machine, and restore the backup to it.

Service login on Windows Server 2003 standard server

Cannot Save Attachment in Outlook 2003
