I would create the new folder area and create a new group policy. Use a test user and move from the old group policy to the new policy. Then change his home folder path on the profile tab.

Every progam I’ve ever seen that uses SQL recommends that you exclude their program directories. But you should definitely install antivirus software on it. You’re SQL server is for sure one system you wouldn’t want to have infected with a network virus, so make sure you keep it protected.

You can restrict by message size or number of recipients. Restrict a number of mails sent (or received) per user (or group), is a feature that is not available. At least as far as I know.
