Programming Raid Controller

Exchange User Password Expiry
We have GP with 7 days password expiry. How can this be implemented on a travelling domain user specially for his Outlook password to expire (Exchange 2010). The password should expire and he should not be able to fetch emails from exchange server until he changes his password. Is it possible? If yes, how? Thanks

Failed to connect to a windows service
Windows 2008 server standard sp1 fails to connect to the user profile service. This makes access to the server via UNC impossible! i get by each day by rebooting this server. By the way this access issue happens everyday at 1:00pm untill i reboot this server. Anyone experienced this before?

Restrict to create a subfolder
I have a shared folder in our server. Is there a way to restrict users from creating sub-folders under it but be able to create, modify, and delete files? Any third-party software can do this?
