When a file is accessed on a file share where mcafee is scanning all files the server freezes up for a few seconds while the file is being scanned. How can I fix this issue on Windows Server 2008?

Windows Server 2008 task manager
Hello. Watching task manager in a Win 2008 server system, i noticed that it reports about Physical Memory: Total 3070MB Cached 2051MB Free 12MB But resource monitor reports 41% Used Physical Memory. So how much memory is free? 12MB from task manager or 59% from resource manager?

We have Windows 2003 Servers as our domain controller. we are facing some problem with CPU utilization. When I captured to traffic using sniffers I figured out a portocl called LSARPC which is freqently used by clients to communicate with Domain Controllers. I am wondering what is this LSARPC?

Slow login to domain.
Hello. I am experiencing slow login of users to domain. There are around 100users and the PDC is Windows 2003. I can not also access the shared folders in the file server which is a Secondary domain controller also. Does anybody have any ideas. Best, dbrakaj
