Hello,

I have a user in the domain that had access to her network shares (mapped network drive and H:usersusershares*username*) and now she is getting “Access Denied” errors. I have checked to make sure that she has the correct permissions and she does. I know that she can connect to that server because she can access other shared drives on the same server. She is also the only user in the domain that has this issue. If I log on as her on my PC she DOES have normal access to all her shares. She is running windows XP pro sp3. The domain controller is Server 2008.

Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks.

In office, one of our servers sometimes just shutdown randomly.
I have check for virus, but there is no virus found. I have even checked the logs and all the log will say “server shutdown unexpectedly”. The hardware is all in good condition. our servers are in the datacenter and I don’t think that it could be due to heat as the room temp is about 18 degrees.
Have anyone come across this problem before?
