introduce a windows 2008 server to 2003 domian, adprep /forestprep error

Moving Exchange 2007 to SBS2003
We are going to inherit a Windows 2008 server with Exchange 2007 SP1 and need to move the exchange data to SBS2003. Also need to change domain name in the process. I believe it could be done by a brick level backup to pst files and then exmerge them into Exchange 2003. Has anyone ideas [...]
