Upgrading from Windows Server 2003 to Windows Server 2008
We are looking to upgrade our Windows Server 2003 Active Directory network to be a Windows Server 2008 AD network what will I need to do and in what order? The member servers or the AD machines first? We are running 2003 in native mode. There is also an Exchange server.

Can we upgrade Windows Server 2003 R2 to Windows Server 2008? Is it a clean easy upgrade or should we buy a new box and migrate?

Active Directory Migration
We want to upgrade from Windows 2003 to Windows 2008. Curretly we have one Domain Controller. Is there a tool available to migrate user accounts and groups from Windows 2003 to Windows 2008 Domain Controller. I tried lidifde command but did not work and seemed overly complicated. Thank You.
