Can I block RDP connections to Windows Server 2003 depending on IP address?

Can’t access files or resources on my Windows Server 2003 from my Windows 7 machine

Remote Desktop – works from one XP machine but not the other

2003 server not staying joined to Domain
2003 server not staying joined to AD properly to the Domain, affecting other applications that rely on the established credentials from being part of AD, deleting device and rejoining does not work, sid tool does not help either
