How can i allow users to write and read but not delete?
I create a group policy in window Server 2003. i want to give this group permission to write and save as and read as well from same file but not delete, when i checked in the security read,write and un check the modify, when user save it comes up error “access denied”.

Scanning incoming files to the FTP server

Can I audit Windows active directory passwords to meet complexity rules and not let users have weak passwords? I have changed the group policy for password complexity but what about the old passwords? I would rather not require every one to have to change their passwords even if they have already done it per request.
