I create a group policy in window Server 2003. i want to give this group permission to write and save as and read as well from same file but not delete, when i checked in the security read,write and un check the modify, when user save it comes up error “access denied”.

I need to scan all incoming files to the ftp server (Windows 2000) before they are written to the drive. Normally the files are saved then scanned. Can I implement some sort of quarantine until they are cleared?
