Restoring shadow copy files from recovery console Windows Server 2003 SP2
Is it possible to restore shadow copy files from the recovery console? Windows Server 2003 SP2. I need to access a previous version of a file and the system will not start up. I am open to any ideas or suggestions.

Can not type command in Windows XP Recovery Console
After reformatting Win XP, I now get a blue screen, registry error and can not boot to windows. Following to instruction from micro soft typing in some code in the recovery console. but i can not type anything in the recovery console. It only lets me type in #1. Please can some one help???
