How can I remotely wipe a Windows Mobile device connected to our Exchange server? Are there policies or security templates I can use? Does anyone have a walkthrough? If someone leaves the company, we want to be able to delete all the company data from our company owned devices. We can do this with our laptops currently.

OpenModalDialog does not work in Java apps running on Windows Mobile device (Java application freezes). JScript dialog does not work either (Java app ignores it).

Need advice on what to use to emulate DisplayModalWindow functionality in a Windows Mobile Java application. Require a dialog with customizable text (including command buttons) to retain globalization functionality (text is displayed in different languages depending on where the HH application is being used).

Assisting a client with porting their Mobile Java app from Windows CE to Windows Mobile. Help!!

Attended Windows Phone 7 developer launch in Boston last week. I am new to Windows Phone development. It looks like Phone 7 offers slick capabilities. I welcome thoughts from anyone who have developed in Windows Mobile and made the transition to Phone 7. Pros and cons? Also, how does Windows Phone 7 development compare to other mobile platforms? Curious as to early impressions of Windows Mobile 7? I’ve seen a lot of uses of Windows Mobile over the years in IT, particular for more rugged deployments in the warehouse or on the road as kind of a utility computing device, none of which the new OS seems to be interested in.

Is Windows 7 mobile something you plan on seeing in the enterprise? Is it just another OS you’ll have to support, or do you think it raises any sort of real overall benefit beyond soft potential gains in productivity or connectivity?

Syncing windows mobile calender and task with pc windows calendar

Hi.. I have windows mobile on my phone and under the Organize folder I have a calendar feature, I do not have outlook.

On my pc I have windows vista and I have windows calendar, however, when I do the syncing between the phone and pc, the items do not sync.

Can these features be setup to sync? I have even placed the windows calendar to share and pointed it to the folder that loads files from the Pc to the phone, but does not work..
