Windows Live Mail
Windows Live Mail opened on the first attempt with an error messages stating that the account doesn’t exist. After restarting the system, Windows Live Mail opens, but all mail is in a recovered items folder. Does anyone know what would cause this to happen?

Should we modify our swap file on Windows Server 2003?
Should we modify our swap file on our Windows 2003 servers? I was told way back when to double the ram and use that size for your swap file. Is this still true today? Should we let Windows manage it for us?

What maintenance needs to be run on Windows 7 machines? We have 200 machines running on a 2008 AD network. What tasks should we be running? Do we need to defragment and check disk?
