Windows Explorer Crashing
I have a customer who is performing a search on Windows Explorer and it keeps crashing with the following erorr message: The instruction at "0x7c92ae22 referenced memory at 06xd654d20". The memory could not "read". Please tell me how to fix this problem for him.Thanks Barbara

What is the significance of the file names coloured blue in windows explorer. I have a great many in the Windows directory, some of which date from 2004. Such as "$NtUninstallKB86782$". They also contain sub-folders. Can any be deleted to save HD space?
