Problem with shortcut error messages

i was moving folders around in my documents when something i did ereased or moved some of my folders. the documents were excel spreadsheets with formulas. i ran a search and a couple of them came up but when I click on them i get the error message problem with shortcut the item ” ” that this shortcut refers to has been changed or moved, so this short cut will no longer work properly. i cant find the folder that all of these documents were in. any help would be greatly appreciated.

help i cannot do a system restore, the message i got is system restore as been turned off by group policy, and i need to contact domain administrators please help as I am not good with computers : )
