Can I connect two windows 7 machines together via wifi without using a router? I need to copy files both ways and the only connections in common on both machines are wifi 802.11 N.

I cannot log in to my Windows 7 machine. Is there a method to undo my last registry settings without logging into the machine as I cannot in regular mode or safe mode. I have other machines on my network and can burn a disk to boot to.

Is there a way to decrease the size of the hard drive that my system restore uses on my Windows 7 laptop? I need all the space I can get right now. I don’t want to shoot myself in the foot and disable it but can I make it take up less of a footprint?
