We have built a website for a client (a bank) in HTML (Dreamweaver, Flash, etc.), and converted it to operate off of a “WebDNA” database programming language, instead of PHP or ASP.

We are now told by the client’s ISP that there are major concerns about compatibility and security relating to interfacing our work with their online banking dimension and running everything on their servers. They (the service provider) are riding on a Unix base but their servers are Windows IIS7(?).

I have this all stated correctly (which is, in part, why I’m desperate for help!). Is there a serious interface problem here, and if so, can it be overcome?
