Building a better WAN
WE have 6 offices in TX, main is in Houston with our servers, next is Dallas. We use Citrix now and find it limiting and cumbersome. What do I need to have my team put inplace to create a real WAN so Dallas people login to Outlook on the same server Houston people do and have the same experience?

How do i know what type of protocol should I apply in my network.ISDN? PPP? Frame Relay? HDLC? please explain it to me without saying some technical terms that is hard to understand.. thank you in advance.
