How to contact a VSAT if I have the VSAT number for the office? Do I need to have a VSAT too or I can do it through other means like landline phone or internet?

I understand MS has removed the “brilliant” scheduling option in Exch 2007. Is there any 3rd party tools/methods you can recommend to still do this. We manage a distributed network that is connected using VSAT links which are really slow. We have to schedule delivery of large e-mails. Thanks

Presently, I am using an MPLS link to connect our operation between indonesia and india. Would like to introduce a redundant line inorder to help us keep up the connectivitiy during times of natural calamities (like flood, quake etc.,) What would be best option for this link? Would Vsat be a wiser choice?
