when vpn is enabled, my intranet is disabled. Is this by default and how can I keep the intranet active while initiating vpn service

when my vpn is active, my intranet is automatically disabled. Is there an option to allow both active at same time?

HI, In our VPN, only few of the website are not accessbile for one user. Say for example, www.google.com is not opening for one user. But where as another website are working well. Also, no other user facing this problem expect that user. What could be the problem here?
