Multiple Streams of Audio on a LAN

What’s the right way to set up a LAN where there are 8-12 constant streams of audio broadcasting/multi-casting? It seems like the streams are bogging down the network and WAP.

I’m not sure if I am in the right place of not but I’ll ask anyway. My
company has tasked me with comming up with a way to place some of our
older training videos on to the web for all the employees to be able to
access. My boss thinks that a utube like web page is the answer. I’m not
an IT guy. all I do is help when somebody needs help with word or
something. I know that I will need a server and a large amount of
harddrive storage but that’s about all I know. I could use some help,
even if its just another place to find my answers.
since I’m a beginner please list the steps to follow.
