Do you have to power down the phone system to add a station module on a Nortel Modular Plus ? It already has 2 combo fiber cartridges in it.

Cisco POE switch port flaps
I have a Cisco PoE switch flapping 3 of my 12 ports providing power to connected 3com hubs. The configuration is the same for all switch ports and is set at defaults. debugging poe events outputs the following which seems to indicate the switch is probing for an IP phone.

Call Forwarding Path
By default, if an ext is forwarded to another ext and that other ext does not pick up….Cisco will send the caller to the original person’s voicemail box. How can I change that so that the caller will go to the voicemail box of the ext that the calls are forwarded to?
