What is the technology that would allow a call from a cell phone to be routed to a transmission device that triggers a loud beeping sound. For example, using a cell phone to call a number that calls a database, and then triggers an external receiver that is attached to one’s keychain for example?

I am seeing occasional packet loss in a Cisco 3750 switch stack. There are 5 switches in the stack. The client is on switch 5 and the server is on switch 4. The client is on a separate vlan from the server. I am not seeing any errors on the ports or VLANS or NIC’s. [...]

Is there a way to move from a digital PRI to an analog punch down?
I currently have a digital PRI (Nortel BCM450) and my old hardware recording devices no longer work as they require the analog punchdown block. Or I could look at a way to digitally record the data streams from all 30 lines into a software based recording system if anyone knows of a solution?
