What’s the best way for me to make the switch to VoIP in a small office?

Need help with VoIP decision using Cisco products
I need to configure and set up a VoIP solution for my company, the only caveat being that I must use only Cisco products. We have about 70 users and a LAN already implemented with QoS. Where do I begin, and what should I consider when making decisions about this impending deployment?
