CISCO Call Manager

We have recently purchased a ISR 3825 loaded with Call Manager. We are able to access the SDM via a laptop but cannot access the Call Manager software. The router wasn't supplied with any software or details of how to access Call Manager, does anybody have any ideas?

Can you connect a Cisco 7940 desktop IP phone through a wireless switch/bridge to a Cisco access point?

Is it possible to connect a Cisco 7940 desktop IP phone through a wireless switch or bridge to a Cisco access point (AP) and make it work? I am having problems with this setup. It is most probably unsupported but we sure would like to make it work. Thanks!

T1 full duplx circuit

On a full duplex T1 circuit how fast can you go at the same time in both directions? Is it 1,544meg in both directions at the same time or 768k at the same time at the same time/ ThanksJim.

Loss of VoIP traffic on QoS enabled WAN

Why is it that on a VoIP enabled WAN with proper priority Queuing in place, that VoIP traffic is still dropped when the WAN pipe is totally utilized (i.e. during backups) even though the VoIP traffic does not exceed the priority queue size? Router cpu utilization is around 10 to 15%.
