The NIC teaming (Load Balancing) is setup on the ESXI 4.0 host, and when I attempt to setup bridging on the Windows 2003 Server VM guest, the VM stops communicating.

I keep getting this error message, Operation on file “/Users/lynneguist/Documents/Virtual Machines/Windows XP Home Edition.vmwarevm/Windows XP Home Edition.vmdk” failed. Jason Tramer pointed out on his blog today that though you can downgrade vSphere licenses to ESX 3-equivalent licenses, but vSphere essentials licenses cannot be downgraded, and you must use them with vSphere.
