VMWare Player Not Displaying Hosted Desktop as a Full Screen when in Full Screen Mode

I'm running MS Virtual PC in VMWare Player so that I can use usb devices. vmware player with win 2000 server

I am running win 2000 server on my virtual machine,on a compaq presario F560US running winXP as host.I have not been able to get drivers for the ethernet controller for the virtual OS.Any ideas?

Problem installing VMware

by mistake i installed vmware player for first time and without use it i formated the harddisk then i downloaded the vmware server but during the installation when it reaches the ''copying the files'' gives the error something like (previous vmware could installed completely close and start againg)...
