If I get a mail then:- a) when I reply it to the same user. b) if I forward it to other user. By doing any of these 2 activities I dont see my that mail in my inbox. This action is taking place in Windows Vista. Please can I have your help. Thank you.

copyfile error when loading client access v4r5 to windows vista home
I bought a new PC recently that has Windows Vista Home Premium. When triing to load Client Access V4R5, I receive an error message “COPYFILE ERROR ENCOUNTERED”. Would a more recent version of Client Access eliminate this problem? If not, what can I do to correct this?
