Windows Vista Boot Manager Shows Uninstalled OS

Having Installed UBUNTU on a Windows Vista Machine, I later removed all traces of UBUNTU. But the Boot Manager still shows the option to boot UBUNTU. How do I change the Boot manager back the way it was?
