				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Using Vristual Server 2003 R2 on a 2003 Ent Server.  One program I run uses the MAC address for licensing.  Twice I have had to Remove and Recreate to VM, and each time the MAC changes, requiring me to have to request a new license key.  If I have to do this again, for for other VM, how can I control the MAC address to be assigned?  ANd can you point me to an article on how MAC are assigned fro VMs? Thanks.</p>
